So I didn’t lose any weight this week. 😦
But I didn’t gain any either. 🙂
So weight loss to date is still 6lbs.
I know what happened this week, though: I didn’t go grocery shopping my usual day Sunday so I didn’t have healthy food in the house. Which, for me, means that I will just eat crap until I can get my ass to the grocery store and get some good food. Also, the two birthdays this week and the attendant birthday cake didn’t help. And, of course, my sister’s birthday is this upcoming week. 🙂
I did make it to grocery story today, though, and now I know I just can’t skip it no matter how late I’m running or how much stuff I have to get done.
This week I am going to try to be really good and stick close to calories. Today I made this really yummy asparagus and mushroom pasta which was light but very satisfying. And now I have leftovers! Yay. Hopefully I can do good this week and get back to losing weight. I’m so close to 10lbs lost that I can taste it!
